Chauffeur services worldwide
One black car account.
Every airport, pier and paddock.
GlobalBlackCarServices.com moves executives, production crews, squads and families through airports, cruise terminals and private aviation gateways on six continents — at a fixed price, with a chauffeur who is already tracking your arrival.
Six ways people use us
Ground transport, organised by the job it has to do
A pier transfer is not an airport run, and a film unit move is neither. Each of these is operated differently — different timing rules, different vehicles, different chauffeur briefing.
Airport transfers
Meet-and-greet inside the terminal at 241 commercial airports and private fields. Your free waiting window starts on touchdown, not on the time you typed into a form.
See the airport list →
Cruise & seaport transfers
More than 145 terminals worldwide, timed against the vessel’s berthing rather than your booking slot, and held through the customs queue at no extra charge.
Find your terminal →
Private aviation & FBO
Ramp-side where the fixed-base operator allows it, lobby-side where it does not. We confirm which applies at your field before you take off.
Private terminals →
Film, television & sport
Talent, crew, squads and officials moved against call sheets and fixture timings, by chauffeurs who will sign a production NDA and drive unmarked.
Production transport →
Private chauffeured hire
The car and the chauffeur stay with you by the hour or the day, and the itinerary is free to change while you are sitting in the back of it.
Hourly & as-directed →
Monthly private chauffeur
The same vetted chauffeur and the same vehicle every day, on a monthly retainer, with none of the employment overhead of hiring a driver yourself.
Retainer options →80 countries served by our own fleet and vetted affiliate operators

Price your journey now
Enter a pickup and a destination for a live, all-inclusive quote. Tolls, parking, standard waiting and gratuity are already inside the number.

How we operate
Six commitments we will hold you to
Fixed quotes, confirmed in writing
The price you approve is the price you pay. Tolls, parking and standard waiting are inside it, and no surge multiplier is ever applied after the fact.
Flight and vessel tracking
Arrival times are read from the carrier feed, not from your booking form. An early landing or a late berthing moves the chauffeur, not the charge.
Licensed, insured, background-checked chauffeurs
Every chauffeur holds the licence class their jurisdiction requires and carries commercial insurance. We do not dispatch rideshare drivers in a black car.
One coordinator per programme
Multi-vehicle and multi-day work is held by a named person who knows the whole schedule, so you are not re-explaining it to a new dispatcher at each leg.
Discretion as a default
Unmarked vehicles, no logos, and chauffeurs who will sign a production or corporate NDA before the first movement.
24 hours, every time zone
Bookings and changes are handled around the clock because our vehicles are moving in every time zone at once.
The fleet
Eight classes, sized to the luggage as well as the people
Most bad transfers are a vehicle-sizing failure, not a driving one. A party of four with four checked cases and a set of golf clubs does not fit in a sedan, whatever the seat count says.
Tell us what you are carrying and we will put the right class on the job — from a business sedan up to a 56-seat motor coach for a squad or a conference block.
For travel & finance teams
One agreement instead of forty local suppliers
A corporate account gives you traveller profiles, cost centres, consolidated monthly invoicing and duty-of-care reporting on where your people actually were — in every city on this site, under one set of service standards.
Roadshows, investor days and conference blocks are held by a single named coordinator rather than handed to a different dispatcher at each leg.
More than the car
The travel desk
Ground transport is usually the last thing booked and the first thing to go wrong. Our travel desk at BookingWorldwide.net lets you arrange the rest of the trip in the same place.
Flights
Scheduled and premium-cabin fares booked alongside your ground transport.
Hotels
Corporate and leisure rates in every city we drive in.
Resorts
Beach, ski and destination properties for longer stays.
Car Rental
Self-drive vehicles where a chauffeur is not required.
Activities
Tours, tables and tickets arranged before you land.
Cruises
Sailings matched to the pier transfers on this site.
Coverage
Where we drive
Our own vehicles run in the Greater Toronto Area and southern Ontario. Everywhere else we operate through vetted affiliate operators held to the same standards — which is how the network reaches every continent without pretending to garage cars in a hundred countries.

Before you book
The questions we are asked most
What actually makes this a black car service rather than a taxi or a rideshare?
Three things: the booking is pre-arranged rather than hailed, the vehicle and chauffeur are assigned to you for the whole journey, and the price is agreed before you travel. Regulators in most jurisdictions treat pre-arranged livery as a separate licence class from taxi and from transportation network companies, with different insurance minimums.
How far in advance should I book?
For a standard sedan in a city we operate in daily, a few hours is usually enough. For a first class SUV, a Sprinter, an unusual airport, a cruise pier on a heavy turnaround day, or anything during a major event, give us 48 to 72 hours. Production and sports movements should come to us as soon as the schedule exists, even in draft.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing you need to do. We track the tail number and the scheduled arrival, and the chauffeur is re-timed automatically. Your complimentary waiting window starts when the aircraft is on the ground, not at the time you originally entered.
How long will the chauffeur wait for me?
On domestic arrivals the standard allowance is 45 minutes after landing; on international arrivals it is 60 minutes, because immigration and baggage take longer. Cruise disembarkation carries a 60 minute allowance from the pier time. Beyond that, waiting is billed in fifteen minute increments at the vehicle class rate.
Where will the chauffeur meet me at the airport?
Inside the terminal at the arrivals hall, holding a name board, unless you ask for a kerbside pickup instead. At most airports meet-and-greet includes the parking charge; a small number of terminals levy a fee that we will show in the quote rather than add later.
Can you collect from a cruise ship?
Yes, and it is a distinct discipline from an airport run. We work to the vessel's scheduled berthing rather than to your booking time, and we hold through the customs queue. Tell us your ship and sailing and we will position the vehicle at the terminal your line actually uses, which is not always the one printed on the ticket.
Do you go ramp-side at private terminals?
Where the FBO and the airport authority permit it, yes, and we coordinate the access directly with your handler. Where they do not, the chauffeur meets you in the FBO lobby. We will tell you which applies at your specific field before you fly rather than after you land.
What is the difference between an hourly booking and a transfer?
A transfer is point to point at a fixed price. An hourly, or as-directed, booking keeps the car and chauffeur with you for a block of time and lets the itinerary change while you are in the vehicle. If you have more than two stops, hourly is almost always cheaper and always less stressful.
